Cancellations & Changes: Got Buyer's Remorse? We've Got You!

Change your mind within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll happily cancel it (though we'd love to hear why!). Just send an email to support@ctrlaltdrip.com with Order Cancellation <Your Order ID> in the subject line.

Shipping Info: Getting Your Gear to You Fast!

We want to get your new stuff to you ASAP! Here's the scoop on our domestic shipping (India only):

  • Shipping Costs: Free Shipping above ₹2000. A flat fee of ₹100 applies otherwise.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Metro Cities: Expect your order within 5-7 business days!
    • Other Areas: Allow 7-9 business days for delivery.
    • Note: These are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and your location.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted couriers who handle your packages with care.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey! (Except for pre-orders, which might take 48 hours to get a tracking link.)

Pre-Launch Shipping Policy

During our 5-day pre-launch, all orders will be processed and reserved, but shipping will commence only one week after the pre-launch period ends. Please keep in mind the following:

  • Orders placed during the pre-launch will have a slightly extended shipping timeline, as shipping begins one week after the pre-launch ends.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.
  • Standard delivery times will apply after the initial shipping commencement.
