At Ctrl Alt Drip, every piece is made and released with intention. To help us maintain fairness, quality, and limited production integrity, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.

This applies to all products, including collaborations, limited drops, and regular collections.

Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to accommodate size-related exchanges or returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We highly recommend reviewing product details and sizing information thoroughly to ensure the right fit before checkout.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ctrlaltdrip.com with the subject line:
Order Cancellation – <Your Order ID>
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds

Since all sales are final, refunds are not applicable.

In rare cases where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be issued only in the form of a gift card equivalent to the selling/MRP value.

Gift cards are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
