Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Every CAD piece is printed in a small batch. Some are one of fifty. That keeps every drop intentional, and it's why our policy is simple, and strict.

Changed your mind? You have 12 hours.

Cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it, for any reason, and we'll refund you in full. Email support@ctrlaltdrip.com with Order Cancellation <Your Order ID> in the subject line, or DM @ctrl.alt.drip. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled.

After 12 hours, all sales are final.

We don't offer returns or exchanges on any order. This includes size-related exchanges, collaborations, limited drops and regular collections. Our pieces are oversized by design: if you're between sizes, size down. The size guide has exact measurements, and if you're still unsure, DM us before you order. We'd rather answer twice than ship something that doesn't fit.

The fine print.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled orders reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
